Kidnapper Caught attempting to kidnap two school children in Otukpo , Benue State.

The man pictured was caught this morning by
vigilantes while allegedly attempting to kidnap two
school children in Otukpo , Benue State.

He reportedly escaped from vigilantes ’ custody but
was recaptured at fairwinds Avenue. Details later…more
